I am SO in LOVE with this guided meditation, Amirah! I always love your meditations, but this one is my absolute favorite! The ball of light at the base of my spine anchoring to the center of the earth – the sparkling, popping bubbles, the lights on my lifeline of amusement – the symbol(mine was a heart) collecting all the amusement lights and the pool above my head cleansing me! I literally felt my healt illuminate with light and I had a sense that it was lighting up my room – I could see it flickering somehow! It was weird because my kitty, Petey (who usually wants to join in whenever I do your guided meditations) started coughing up a hairball during the water cleansing.
